Loyalty points increasingly function like currency, making loyalty accounts, booking flows, inventory, and payment journeys attractive targets for automated abuse. At the same time, AI agents are moving beyond passive crawling and beginning to interact with high-value customer journeys.

Drawing on DataDome’s 2026 State of Bot & Agent Security Report, this session will examine how bots and AI agents are changing the threat landscape for loyalty, travel, and hospitality organizations. DataDome tested 20,000 sites across 15 industries against bots and AI-agent threats—61.5% of travel and hospitality sites were unprotected. The report also found that bad bot traffic increased 124%, AI traffic grew 82.3%, and AI bot targeting of login pages increased more than eightfold in the first half of 2026.

Join DataDome to explore how loyalty and security teams can distinguish helpful automation from account takeover, scraping, inventory abuse, and fraudulent activity – while protecting customer trust and maintaining a seamless experience.

You’ll Learn

  • Where bots and AI agents are targeting loyalty and travel journeys
  • Why identity-based controls and user-agent allow lists are no longer enough
  • How intent- and behavior-based detection can reduce fraud without adding friction
