Some of our firsts include extending from pure loyalty to the first dedicated ancillary & merchandising event for airlines and travel managers. In 2008, Ai introduced the first event for airline & travel managers who deal with payments & fraud. In 2011, we organised the first event dedicated to stopping loyalty frauds and account takeovers, which has since turned into our sister organization- The Loyalty Security Association.
