• Thursday 12 May 11am-12pm: Revenue Management 101 for Frequent Traveler Programs Experts
Tuesday 28 June 10am : Organizational Design and Loyalty / RM

Revenue Management and Loyalty are two silos within airlines and travel businesses that often don’t understand each other. This virtual event is designed to help bridge this gap.

It’s for anyone working in Revenue Management, Pricing, Frequent Traveler Programs, and Partnership Marketing interested to learn more about how Revenue Management and Loyalty work better together.

We looked at issues ranging from Loyalty internally paying Revenue Management at the optimal price for inventory to providing Revenue Managers with the basics of Loyalty Program Revenues, and many issues in between.

Issues to be looked at in this event will include:

  1. Status vs. points – how do different market segments value & consumers differentiate elements of the programme?
  2. How does loyalty drive demand, especially among status-chasers?
  3. What is the impact of FFP membership & engagement on willingness to pay?
  4. What data does loyalty generate that RM can use? And vice-versa?
