It is clear that with all of the developments in FinTech and Alternative Payment options in B2C and B2B, cargo is facing many challenges and opportunities in embracing automated payment and digital processes. In this conference, we discussed strategic, operational, and customer aspects around the adoption of alternative payment and digital payment platforms in cargo. We also looked at cargo release and payment issues in a digital world. We discussed all security and payment access obstacles around payment. We also explored how to navigate through readiness issues, obstacles, the various integrations and making a cultural shift to embrace the payment and Fintech revolution to improve the cargo business.
