At the beginning of 2026, Airline Information and Ann Cederhall set out to discover what airlines really think about airline retailing. The result? In May, Ann published The State of Airline Retailing 2026, sponsored by Retailaer. Now it’s time to take the conversation a step further.

Join us on November 18, as Ann sits down with Ashley Raiteri, CTO at Retailaer, AI geek and fellow cynic, for a no-nonsense conversation about airline retailing, agentic AI and what is actually happening behind all the hype.

2026 has been a big year for AI. But has it really accelerated airline retailing? Are airlines making meaningful progress, or are we just getting better at talking about it?

We’ll dig into:
– AI vs. reality: Has AI genuinely moved the needle on airline retailing?
– The orchestration question: Why does every retailer need orchestration, and where does AI actually make a difference?
– The Claude conundrum: When airlines say, “We can build anything with Claude”, can they really?

Expect honest opinions, a healthy dose of cynicism and a closer look at where agentic AI can make a real difference to airline retailing. And if you register and miss attending live, you’ll automatically receive the webinar recording link.
