Brittany Allen is a Senior Trust and Safety Architect at Sift. She has over 15 years of experience combating e-commerce marketplace fraud at companies such as Etsy, Airbnb, 1stdibs, and letgo. Her current role focuses on trust and safety education, developing industry best practices and strategies, and representing the merchant’s voice at Sift.

Chris Staab – Co-Founder of the LSA

Christopher Staab, Co-Founder of the Loyalty Security Alliance, has 30+ years of experience mainly in the travel and airline industry in Revenue Management, Pricing and Loyalty Marketing. As co-founder of the LSA, he’s become well versed in how fraudsters attack Loyalty Programs. At LSA, he works with airlines, hotels, retailers, Quick Serve Restaurants, Financial Services companies and many other businesses that operate Loyalty Programs.
