Event Overview: Onboard Product and Revenue Management are two intertwined areas of airlines that often don’t communicate with each other. For example, well Revenue Managed seat configurations generate more revenues. And, well designed galley space and seats drive ancillary revenues. So, this event will look at how these two disciplines can work together to make airlines more profitable.

Scroll down for the full agenda.

Talking Points

  • Airlines invest millions in seats, galleys and entertainment/communication systems! How can they, and their suppliers, design the products that will raise the most revenue?
  • Airlines are really good at saving money and doing things at the lowest cost, so it now costs a lot of money to save money. So earning revenue is now easier to achieve than cost savings! How can the industry focus on revenues instead of cost-savings to be more profitable?
  • Once the seats and galleys and systems are on the plane, what are the catering strategies for profit? Galleys are now revenue generating spaces, not cost centres!
  • This conference is to both inspire airlines to look for designs that will raise revenue, but also to help suppliers learn how to explain how their products and services grow revenue.
  • How can airlines (like the 70+ already registered for this event) and their suppliers apply the principles of Revenue Management to grow revenue from inflight products?
