Featured speaker John Gradek is a well known figure in the industry and often quoted by major press outlets for stories related to airlines and travel. He shared the current state of the industry in Canada. Our second featured speaker was be Paulo Fernandes of Mastercard, who manages Mastercard’s B2B Travel Payments in the Americas, an area that has been rapidly innovating.
