This session brought together three TravelTech Start-ups to discuss the challenges of selling to airlines and travel companies. We just had a very similar and successful session on the same topic at MEGA EVENT 2023 in London, so we are bringing it back in webinar format. It looked at getting beyond IT queues and departmental silos, the slowness of airlines and travel companies to adopt innovation, and other challenges for TravelTech companies to grow their sales. Watching this free webinar is also great for airline and travel industry executives who want to develop best practices for driving the adoption of innovation in their organizations.

This panel was moderated by Sinead Finn, who has deep experience in TravelTech and is one of the most recognized experts in airline Ancillary Revenue generation. She was joined by the following panelists:

Panellists
– Mark Ross-Smith, CEO, StatusMatch (2022 World Aviation Festival Travel Start-up Winner)
– Alice Ferrari, CEO, Kyte (Winner Lions’ Den @ MEGA EVENT 2023)
Sandra Fletcher, (fmr. senior e-Commerce Leader at Emirates, Qatar Airways, flynas Air and Red Sea Global)
Johnny Bosche, CEO, Cielo (stealth startup making keeping humans (and empathy) at the center of customer service)
