Tuesday, March 18th kicked off with an update on Payment Surcharging – a hot topic in the Australian marketplace.
At the offices of the Initiatives Group, Lance Blockley kicked off a pre-networking update on what was happening in relation to payment surcharging. As one of the leading experts in this area, it was a chance to discuss:
- How would travel agents and airlines react if the surcharging on all forms of card payments is banned?
- Would customers change their behaviour?
And, once the serious business was over, they headed off for some networking!
