Preparing for the Unknown: Fraud & ATOs during Covid

Date: 21-22 April 2021
Location: Online
Delegates: 200+
Account Takeovers (ATOs) were up in 2020, as we showed in our Dark Web webinar with Europol in August. The number of publicized data breaches, including ones involving both Facebook and Linkedin data, didn’t slow last year.
At the same time, fraud attacks and losses were (or seemed) down in 2020, especially for travel companies. The reduced volume of sales due to Covid made it harder for fraudsters to hide their criminal activity. Then we saw an increase in fraud towards the end of 2020, as discussed in our end of year Panel Discussion in December.
So, what does this mean for fraud in 2021? How have the fraudsters evolved? How can we prepare for defending our businesses and our customers’ accounts in uncharted market conditions?
We’ll explore these questions and many more related to keeping loyalty programs secure during our Spring Conference 2021 – a Virtual Event.
